Help a cripple out?

Does anyone that upgraded to a SN 4 have a SN3 laying around they could pass down to a handicapped guy in need?
I have an IR AT that was a godsend. I broke my neck a few years ago and computing is vastly difficult. My hands barely work, making a mouse or touchpad exceptionally hard to use. Allowed me to survive online and feed my gaming hunger. Unluckily my old pc died and my new one has Windows 7 (on which IR AT doesn't work).
Your help would be greatly appreciated and I would be eternally grateful. I will pay shipping and could put up a lil cash, but I cannot afford a new one.
