So after installing the latest software, 3.20.037.1 -

You start the software, then you try to enable the dwell clicking toolbar, do you get an error message?

No error message and according to the bottom task/tool bar the dwell toolbar is open but it does not show on the screen, you can tab through open programs and it shows as open when you selcet it, it just shows and empty desktop.
