TIR3 Camera not detecting anything

Have installed this after a long absence, and its been store carefully.
The led's light, and the software sees the device.
Software status says camera detected and connected.
Red lights glowing.
the device (TIR3 #29791).
software is 5.4.2.7542.
tested on windows 7 ultimate SP1, 64bit and on windows 10, 64bit..
Tried it in two different USB2.0 and one sub 3.0 ports.
Using the hat clip, and this is selected.


Restarted several times, and on one occasion, i see the reflector spots, but , but they are stuck in a fixed position. Also the switch to turn off the led's does not work (not sure if this is a TIR3 feature though). Any advise welcome.

Oh, and the vector is not active (have requested support on this).

Fish,

It should track fine after you receive your vector information. It won't do anything until it is activated.

Same thing here. TrackIR #34916
Win 10, latest software to date.

At the time I bought it (2008-ish) I don't remember ever having a 'vector serial'. The thing was just working fine.

Can you help fixing this ?

If you have a TIR 3 camera, it requires an additional Vector Expansion license to use it with the latest Track IR software. They run $20. If you wish to purchase a one, please let me know and I will get you in touch with our sales team.
