I have owned a TrackIR version 4 #79755 and TrackClipPro with the version 5.1 software update for several years. I attached my TrackClipPro device to my earphones and had the rig turned perfectly. But yesterday my earphones slipped out of my hands and fell to the floor. The accident has destroyed the TrackClipPro device - both pivots at the base end and at the antler end have broken. I have patched up and repaired it temporarily with tape and wireties. Boohoo!
My question is...can I replace the just the TrackClipPro device as a repair part? Or do I have to purchase another complete TrackIR?
