Hi i ordered a trackIR 5 from your web site 6 days ago i know these things take time , but how do i find out if it has been sent or not i have recieved no track and trace number.
in fact apart from the thank you for your order i have heard nothing else.

TrackIR bundles with a TrackClip Pro are backed up a bit right now due to one of the components being in tight supply. You can email me at support@naturalpoint.com with your order number and I can look into it a bit further.
