I am trying to callibrate my vertical head movment, I need it to be a little more sensitive but I don't understand how I go about it. Are they any guides?

I am sorry about the delayed response. It appears that this post slipped through the cracks. As far as adjusting the vertical head movement, did you read sections 4 and 5 of the user manual? We currently do not have any videos available that show how to adjust the settings, but if you'd like to create a ticket with me at help.naturalpoint.com. I would be more than glad to help you out.
