Vector Expansion need help

Good evening,

just get my TrackIr 3. After install i want to activate the Vector Expansion. I´ve got the TrackIr with the TrackClip. But no activation code. So i took a look at the shop. But i´ve discovered that you only accept VISA/Master Card. I don´t have one. Here in Germany there are not so common.

What can i do ? Is the TrackIr useless to me ?
