trackir 3 vector no serial

Help..
trying of hours can't get into site (made 3 accounts) but log in forum ok
Bought a trackir 3 years ago..but no vector serial.
Contacted the seller , received it and all was well.
However after dusting my trackir 3 off and installing it on my now different pc, i have no code
what do i do...cant seem to login to raise a ticket.keeps saying wrong password.
I've attached my gear...how do i get the codes?

Yes you need your activation licence......Ive just found mine again

I have a mk 3 with vector expansion but I haven't used it for a while and now have a new pc. I cannot find the vector code and hash which seems to have disappeared.
The serial no of the TrackIR is 19058 and I use mk 5 software.
Is there a record of this somewhere?
