Trackir 3 + Windows 10 64bit

Hi,

I have tried to get trackir to work under windows 10 64bits

When I start the software it detects my trackir only it does not respond to my reflector on my cap. I only have the basic setup so not track clip.

any idea's how to solve this?

Do i need a serial key to use trackir? because i never had one.

Need more info please let me know.

Rubber Finger,

Do you happen to have the Vector Expansion Information for your device? TrackIR 3 will only work on newer systems and software with the expansion info.

what I have is the original cd with quick start guide, No any serial number to be found.

What I have (included in the package)
* Device (check)
*26 Dots (Check)
*CD with software & electronic manual (Check)

No vectorclip because using sticker reflector on a cap.

What information is that? serial number?

Rubber Finger,

The serial number should be on the back of the device. If you send that information through a helpdesk ticket at help.naturalpoint.com we can look in our files and see if you have the information available.

I hope it isnt the anniversary edition of Win10.

*update*. Anniversary Edition did not cause this error.

This issue was unrelated to the one from this weekend. Though, correctly I don't believe that the Anniversary Edition was the problem.
