Trying to activate TIR3 crashes the software

Hello, I've had my trackIR 3 working on Windows7 before. I think I might've been using the version 4 drivers to make it work. Well, this time I can't find it anywhere so had to go with the TIR5 software.

Everytime I try to register my vector lisence in the TIR5 software, after putting all the info in, the software crashes completely. The red lights in the camera are on, and the software recognizes the version and serial # of the device.

What I've tried:
All available software versions up for download.
The original driver cd that came with it (doesn't seem to work with win7)
Compability mode (xp, vista)

I'll try to translate some of the error information:

Mike at NP has a lot of information to work with so hopefully this can be resolved asap.

I'm sorry about this issue, we have found the source and are working on a solution. I'll post here when you can activate the software once again.

I've tested the solution on my end and it appears to be working now. Please re-attempt the activation and let me know once it goes through.
