Trackir 3 no work in Windows 10 Creators update

Windows "Creators" update killed my MB bios, so I had to install new MB and reinstall Windows 10. Now my trackir 3 doesn't respond to the trackir app. The app recognizes my trackir with a picture of it on the app. But the camera doesn't respond? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks. Hope to get new trackir later this year.

I finally got this to work after much effort. There is no reminder in the troubleshooting section of the manual to remind us with Vector Expansion to reregister with the key. And since the registration button is hidden on the app page, because of being opened on a 4K TV that needs to have the window expand to uncovered. We are left twiddling our thumbs.

There needs to be optimization for higher resolutions for sure. I've added them to our list of improvements and it is something we're looking into. I apologize for the inconvenience of this issue.
