Trackir3 basic in windows 10 pro, don't work

Hi. I have installed the program 5.4..2.227545 and tried to use my basic Trackir3 again with windows 10, and it does not work. The led status is green, and there are 4 red LEDs on the trackir, but there is no head tracking. I use the original trackir3 reflectors, and I don't have the expansion vector. What I can do? Regards.
