I recently reinstalled my TrackIR 3, with vector expansion, and installed the TrackIR 5.4.2 software. I have a VECTOR EXPANSION LICENCE for TIR 3 for many tears and have been using the latest TIR 5 software for some time. However, when I went to activate it in my 5.4.2 software, I just get an invalid licence message.

My details are as follows (obsolete email address):

TrackIR serial : 36871

In case anyone else encounters this issue, Skyhigh was able to resolve the problem by copying a back up of the license file into this directory: Program Files (x86) Natural Point\TrackIR5 folder. If this doesn't solve the issue, please reach out to us at https://www.trackir.com/help so that we can start a ticket and investigate further.
