Mounting Clip Missing From My Box???

Hello,

My trackir is landed to my home yesterday(6/07/2004) I purchased to E dimensional shop!......but I dont have the mounting
clip that includes in the box!! WHY??!!

Here the features from Trackir.com website:

Hi, everybody, after quite a while of asking, begging and hugging my wife (yes, I'm married ) I finally got my TrackIR yesterday - and it rocks! It wasn't easy to get it here in Germany - there's just one single retailer, and the price just recently dropped to slightly below robbery (compared to the US-price). Anyway, I got it...

...but that mounting-clip is missing here , too; when I asked the retailer he replied that he didn't sell the 'new' packages (yet, I suppose). How can I get it? (And while we're at it : how can I get that TrackHat-cap? The German retailer doesn't sell that neither ...)

We've got that hassle here in Australia too. No clips or hats available from a local source.
Haha you dispense with one hat only to want another one.

I'd be content with a single cap ; besides, it really looks cool, so I wouldn't mind to walk around advertizing something I truly love , too.

Seriously: how can we that don't happen to live in the US order/get stuff (cap, dots, about everything 'cept the TrackIR itself ) that our local retailers don't sell?

Any comments/ideas, Wayne?

Not to add fuel to the fire but i also ordered mine from edimension and was pretty ticked to find they don't ship this fragile piece of hardware in a box. When i pulled it out of it's MANILA FOLDER i found the case crushed and the usb wire torn loose from the tracker itself On a better note my clip was included though. Won't be ordering from them again!

Okay first things first....

Please contact me ASAP, if your unit arrived damaged then of course it will be replaced for you.

Let me try and clear up the missing clips.
Everyone that bought their unit direct from NaturalPoint after the 1st July then a clip would have been included in their order.

If you bought your unit from one of our dealers then they may not have had these clips depending on when they made their order.

We do have both the hats and clips available on our website if you wish to get them directly from ourselves, however depending on the distance you are from us, it may pay to wait until a dealer closer to you has them in stock.

I hope this helps to clear this up.
