how do I get my TR3(latest drv's) to work with FS2002?

Have you made sure , to mark the extra FS2002 support under the "select components" page of the v4-installer to be installed ?

Sure have! still no go. Which cpt will TIR work in? will it work in ext view?

It should work only in VC I think...

It will only work in the Virtual Cockpit.
