enhanced mode not launching for PF?

im having an issue where my install of IL2/AEP/FB/PF doesnt engage the blue-light mode of my v4 software. trackIR3pro w/vector, but im just trying to run it in normal dot mode or anything and still nothing.

the trackIR software does not say that the game is loaded in its status information, like it does with all other games. what gives?

most other games like LOMAC work just fine.

why wouldnt PF give me a blue light? how do i fix that? I never installed the included v.3 software that arrived with my vector/trackIR package, just skipped to the latest on the website. could that be the issue? was that ok to do?

Do you get any movement of the view in PF at all?

Have you tried exclusive loading the profile?

You do have the profile selected next to PF in the auto-load profile area, correct?

the setup works fine in LOMAC and RichardBurns and GTR.

however it just seems like PF doesnt trigger the enhanced mode for the software.

im running the 'il2fb_new.exe' supplied with the last official 3.02bm patch.

what do you do when a game doesnt trigger the TrackIR 'Current Game' mode?

in v4 , theres either enhanced mode or nuthin.

New exe works fine for me with TrackIR.

Maybe a silly question but have you enabled TrackIR support in PF?

If not you need to set trackIRUse=1 in the conf.ini.
