trouble with trackir 3 with flashing green

I have TIR 3 pro with version 4. Sometimes when I run TIR 3 pro I notice it doesn't track . I open the program and find when I go to the tracking view that instead of seeing a dot the whole viewing area is flashing green. I turn off the program and even my PC but has the same results. I can only solve this problem by manually disconnecting TIR 3 UBS plug behind my pc. When I reconnect and restart the program it work fine. Can anyone help me with this issue?
P.S. I also notice if I got TIR 3 on and my PC goes into stand-by mode (set for 15 minutes idle) that after I come out of stand by the device green light is on but it will not track. In the tracking view is shows nothing . I close the program but the green lights stays on even after I reboot my pc. After reboot I run the program and it's starts tracking again. So stand-by mode seems to jam TIR 3
