I am the mostly satisfied owner of a TrackIr3Pro but am having problems related to the range of motion of the pitch. (looking up and down)
On default and/or custom settings, it is nearly impossible to get the unit to move more than slightly from the midline.
I tried changing the shape of the curve for pitch to make it as aggressive as possible, but am having little success.
My setup is a trackhat. The sensor sits on the desk in front of me.
Any suggestions???
Problems with Pitch range
Re: Problems with Pitch range
dbr1,
Try to place your TrackIR more at eye level rather than down on your desk.

Re: Problems with Pitch range
agreed,
i had the same problem, but the dot was set on top of my Headphones and the device on top of the screen. since the dot was close to the head axel, TrackIR did not register much pitch movement. putting it to the mic boom fixed the problem.
