I would suggest emailing Wayne. I had to return mine. My new unit is on it's way now.

I have called the tech number and talked with someone, sorry but I forgot his name. He told me the unit sounds like it's bad and gave me a RMA number. I shipped it out on Monday from south Florida, should be there on the 27th.

Same thing to me. After many failed installations of software 4.x with "status: no data" if tried out version *.18. It worked ... until i pushed the settings button in tracking-window. The same as everytime: "status: no data". Isn�t it possible to run TIR3 with software 4.x without vector expansion?
