Help with F4

Post by bflagg »

In 2d view (FF3.1.1 with Cobra1.1.1 AND SP4/wBMS2) using trackIR is impossible. for any small head movement it wants to move to the absolute left or absolute right. (trackir 4.024). Even If I press "center" it does nothing.
If it's (my view) all the way to the left and I slightly move my head, it starts to move to the right and doesn't stop until I do a Linda Blair. (and visa vera).

I've tried the f4patch config to edit these settings but it really didn't seem to help either way.

any ideas anyone?
Btw 3d view works great, but you lose your instruments.. this is why I'm asking...

Are you sure there is no other light source in the room? Did you change the acceleration of the axis in the profiles screen?

bflagg,

Thanks for the phone call it was good to talk with you. I will install this on my system at home and see if I can duplicate this first.

Can you drop me a quick e-mail of what you installed and in what order, so I can hopefully have the same version
