Today I receive Trackir 3 Pro from Miami, FL.
After plug this trackir, I read: "Not running" .

My number trackir is 31440 .
My S.O. is Win XP Pro SP 2.

Did you have any issues with the install of the software? Were you presented with any error messages?

Can you be a little specific as to the nature of the problem then I can help

The problem is , my computer can't find the hardware. After install the software he's present the same problem
I conect the plug of usb , he's look the software
but never find

Did you tryed to remove all of the software and delete the remaing folders and then re-install?

When I exec TRACKIR, I read:
"Device info: No device detected"
"Current game: None"
"Current Profile: Default Profile"

Manfpy, try this.

Down load the latest driver (yes it is beta but it is stable, I use it).
Unplug your TIR
Goto Add/Remove Programs and look down for Natural Point (or TrackIR) and remove it.
Open C:/Programs and delete the Natural Point directory (folder).
Reboot.

Run the driver you down loaded.
When prompted plug in the TIR.

This should help, if not send me a copy of your setupapi.log which is found in C:\WINDOWS to Barred@UKOnline.co.uk and I will have a look at it for you.
