Runtime error

Hello All!
When I load lock on, about 30 seconds into the game the Track Ir crashes and I must exit the game. When in desktop i see a runtime error.
I am using the 3 13 drivers...I like em the best.

What is the serial number of your unit?
Just curious why you are using 3.13 drivers.
What is the exact error message that you get as this will help to identify the problem.

Hello:
My serial # is 18243
I am using 3 13 drivers because i love the Lomac_777 Burnin AGV profile. If i could get the same profile for a later driver I would switch. I have tried other combinations, but I love the Burnin profile the best.
The error is:
Microsoft visual c++ runtime libary
Runtime error!
program:c:\program files\naturalpoint\trackir\naturalpoint.exe
This application has requested the runtime to terminate it in an unsual way.
Please contact the applicants support team for more information.
