TrackIR3 Pro Only 2 leds works

Hi to all!!
I have just received a TrackIR 3 Pro(S/N: 20645)....it works pretty well but movements aren't smooth..so i have noticed that i have only 2 red leds on(the left pair) the others are present as i saw through the camera, but I can't see the red light.
I don't know if it's a hardware problem or something else...
Anyone can help me?
