TrackIR 3 Pro won't launch again!! Grrrr!

Ughh!! Major dramas again!
Cannot work out why this is happening but same problem all over again. I don't know if it's crashing on installing or if it's just not compatible with something else I'm running. The only thing I've done since is a complete virus scan (it found something but it was removed) and an adware scan (AdAware SE: found quite a bit). Then wouldn't launch and failed to shut down when Windows was trying to close.

I don't really want to have to do a new install every time I clean my system out (once a week/fortnight).
