Micro Flight 5.0 and TrackIR 3 software

My TrackIR 3 Pro and the 4.1 Build 26 software works perfect with all the sims I have save one: Micro Flight 5.0 Demo. It does not go into enhanced mode (no blue led) and does not pan the view at all. The controller settings for Microflight lists the TrackIR and allows me to check the enable box, but doesn't do anything in the game. I searched the web and found a post in another forum claiming it worked fine with the 3 series software but stopped working after changing to the 4 series.

Thank you for pointing this out. I've found the problem and implemented a fix for it. It will be available in our next release.

I've noticed the same thing in the second beta of Virtual Sailor v.7. Ilan Papini is working on it with me, but I wouldn't be surprised if the problem is the same or similar, because he created both of these sims, and I'm sure they use a similar codebase. Just thought you guys should know.

Dear Eric,
My name is Ilan Papini, i have developed both Micro Flight 5 and Virtual Sailor 7, based upon your SDK you sent me for TrackIR 3.11 software.
I have the unit working with both my programs, but i was not aware anything has changed in version 4 of the TrackIR software.
Can you please email me with support information so i can update my programs, or at least know why it did not work with this version of TrackIR.

The procedure to use the TRackIR unit in both VS and MF is the following:
Open the joystick settins inside VS or MF, see the list of joysticks attached on the upper part of the screen, select the TrackIR from this list, then check the TrackIR checkbox that appears below.
Now the unit should be enabled and working ( green light is on ).

I saw a note saying this problem was addressed in the final release. I have installed the final release, but still don't have TrackIR working with Microflight 5.

I was also hoping to use my new trackIr4pro with Virtual Sailor.
But it does not work!
