Yet, I have re-read my posts and I'm wondering where you observe non-courteous manners, inflammatory or inappropiate tones in the thread "I pray I didn't make a mistake",
I don't feel like good being silenced, so I'll give you my four reasons because posted there:
1) I was replying Mr. Jim's post
2) I believe this information is useful for other users judge by themselves.
3) I can't use the toll free number because I can't speak.
4) your email support was not as responsive as I hoped. 15 days with my unit inoperative is too much in my opinion.
Now, I hope this is the best place to post, if not I'm sorry: NP support have offered me a solution, I gave them another more suitable for my needs and waiting for an agreement. I'll report back

Natural Point gentlemen's have accepted my suggestions and now a new unit is on the way.
My final conclussion is: There is nothing to be afraid of in case you have a problem with your trackir, apart of the fact that you won't like to be without it.
