SS2 & COD2

I have trackIR 3 and the vector expansion. I've been playing Quake 4 with the mouse emulator n no problems. I tried to play Serious Sam 2 and Call of Duty 2, but the mouse doesn't work even with the mouse emulator on. Is there a setting or something else I must do? Anyone else have the same problem or works for them?
