My mouses freezes for $130 !!!!!

My mouse freezes when I start my Track IR software, and so far, no matter what I have tried, it didn't help me.

What should I do?

This has happened to me twice. Last time after I installed Mig Alley. The odd thing is that uninstalling Mig Alley did not bring on an immediate fix, my mouse came back slowly after several shut downs of my system. I don't remember the circumstances of the previous time this happened, but the fix then was also not clear.

It would be nice to have some reply from Natural Point on this very frustrating problem.
