flickery dot, jerky reaction and big jumps

My trackIR reacts very jerky and sometimes it looses tarck especially when I move the head up. The dot size also changes pretty fast between 10 and 40.

What can I do?

Try disconnecting the USB cable, then after a moment reconnecting it. Dot should become normal again.
