I love Vector, but why the hat with reflector

Even though I love vector, I can't understand why they would send you the hat with the reflector thqat gets in the way.

I've read that it doesn't mess things up, but it does here if I don't cover it up. I ordered a hat separatly about a month ago. I loved the hat with 3pro, but I can't see sending the same hat with vector. They should have taken the reflector off with vector.

For the price of vector we should have gotton a NP hat with no reflector.

Just my feelings.

Thanks for the feedback. We ship the hat with reflector on it in case the user wants to take the clip off and use the old 2D mode. In most user conditions the additional reflector does not get in the way, but we understand that tracking can be improved by covering it up. In the future we will look into having special hats made that don't have the reflective material in the brim.

ever since I moved the unit back it is great - I have absolutely no interference with the hat reflector.

Personally, I'd like to see a hat with 3 reflectors to replace this metal thing That isn't a complaint though - I am happy with my vector
