I have a 24" inch Sony monitor and thus sit pretty far back from my screen.
The upshod of this is that I cannot place my TIR2 on top of my monitor as I seem to be too far away for accurate tracking.
Thus, I have mounted my TIR2 on a camera tripod which I place behind my chair and I wear my TIR hat backwards. I then set the TIR software to reverse the x and y axis so it all works from behind.
I'm now thinking about upgrading to the Pro3 system with vector expansion. However, I want to make sure in advance that the vector system and software will work if I have my hat backwards and the TIR behind me.
Please advise.

Will Vector Expansion work from behind?
Re: Will Vector Expansion work from behind?
You can use the Vector Expansion with a TrackIR 3 mounted behind you if you use the Invert Axis options in the profile editor.
I believe you would need to invert all of the axes except "Y".
