Once you have selected the profile you want to edit.

Select Edit.

Edit Yaw, this will open a panel with a curve on it.

The centre of the curve is looking straight ahead. The lower the value the slower the movement will be.

You could with mirrir turned on just adjust the hight of the nodes untill you have the whole curve (from ahead to full movement) as you like it you can then "copy to all curves"

The faster way if you like the way that you look but it is too fast or slow what you could do is lower the whole curve using the up/down on the right side bottom of the window.

It is not hard to set up how you like your curve even if it sounds like it written down, but after a while you will have no problem adjust ing profiles to your liking.

I believe motoadve is talking about the precision mode that you can activate with a hotkey (default F8).
But I don't think there is a way to adjust it.
