Unique activation problem

I ordered my TrackerIR 3 Pro and Vector expansion online. When recieved I properly registered, activated and updated all files. Then I discovered that I had been sent the basic unit instead of the Pro unit. Contacted seller and now have the Pro version. All previous files were uninstalled and deleted. Now when I try to activate the Vector expansion, I get an error and taken to a web page which says that another user has already activated the unit with my serial number/hash code.

Most likely its because you already activated your vector,now when entering the code its thinking this has already been activated....who's got this guys code,check with Naturalpoint Support with your codes and hash no. hopefully they can straighten it out pronto.

A quick phone call with tech support and they reset the data base. Activated...
