the view system that aces high uses where what ever direction you are looking at the yaw action is always relative to your head and not to shoulders solved my problem of keeping my hat inside the track ir range with ease.
In the default trackir vector mode to check your 6 on your left side you slide view left then pan view, in the ah system you pan view and then slide body relative to that, this actualy moves your body right so that it easily keeps hat in range.
Both work well depending on your set up but this "relative to head yaw" works great for me and i would like to be able to use it in targetware once it gets vector support, any luck this could be an option in the track ir software to keep yaw relative to head, not shoulders?
