Unable to enter standby mode!

I am running the following:-

Athlon 1.4ghz
512mb RAM
G4ti4200 128mb
Win XP Home

After using Track-IR my system will not enter standbu mode as it says there is a keyboard driver problem. This only occurs after using track-IR. Any suggestions?
