Windows 7 64bit trackIr3 with vector HELP

I jump the gun and purchased that OS. I've tried installing Version 4.1.037 - Final B (admin mode) but when I launch the application, it does not recongnise the hardware, PLZ HELP

Issue resolve, JUST MAKE sure you dont install in the program DIR...
