Thank you for trying to help me. But my problem is, that the camera is not detected by usb. So I have no unspecified device at all. It seems, that I have to buy a new TIR-hardware.

hello
i have win7 x64 TrackIR3 with latest SW installed 4.1.37
The trackIR work fine but i can't close the application - it hang. I have to un-plug and plug back TrIR to USB for shut it down.
here is an install log:

Are you connected directly to the PC, or using a hub?
It is an issue we are currently tracking, but we do not have a resolution date for the issue.

TrIR connected to PC directly...
have latest BIOS...
uncheck POWER SAVE option...
still doesn't help

i installed old version of SW then reinstall a last one and it works now

I had similar issues, try re installing them as Administrator mode.
