I ordered a TIR yesterday and have not received it yet. But I still want to log a compliment in to the TIR team.
From reading the forums, you guys seem to be on the ball with fixing issues that people are having. It is really nice to see a company supporting their product. It is a very rare thing these days.
After seeing the product in use from your vid, reading some reviews, and seeing how you guys support this thing, I feel very comfortable with getting one.
