Been having similar problem, posted some time ago (Here) . Not so bad as original poster, but maybe 7/8 times before it starts.
Tried the suggested NT4 SP5 compatibility, and it pretty much works most times. 9/10.
Nice find.
Wonder will this lead to a performance loss?
Graphics is ATI Cat 10.11 No Open Gl settings enabled. System windows 7.

Hi,
I am having the same problem with version 5.2.0.200.
I have an NVidia GTX285 on windows 7 x64.
Used to happen frequently but now it crashes every time I start the software. (re-booting pc makes no difference)
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Have you changed anything recently that may have caused this? A driver update? A change of hardware?

Hi Dustin,
I have Track IR for about a week now I think and I formatted my pc just before receiving the device. But during this week, no changes have been made.
The problem started right away but I just unplugged the USB, plugged it back in and the software would start.
But now I'm having a really hard time..
Do you need more info about my hardware / drivers?
