Reactivating Vector Expansion

Hi.

I got TIR3 years ago and have just reinstalled after many years doing other things. I can remember activating Vector Expansion at the time and still have the clip thing for baseball cap.

But i have no receipt as over 7 years ago. Do natural point keep a record of me activating it the first time and if they do how can i get VE reactivated?

You can also email support, with your camera serial number, and I can look the information up, in our database.

Pye it asked for the other fields too and i only have the serial number, but thanx anyway.

Vincent i have emailed my s/n to support.

Just now i am using dots. I thought i knew where my vector clip is but can't find it. Is there anything i can make or use in its place?

The clip itself is specific point configuration, and is difficult to reproduce

I'm sure your be able to make it out of wire and bending it. look for a picture on the web of an old one. I'm sure you'll find a jpg image.

I did exactly as you said, but did not work. The site insists that I put the serial number, in which
I do not think the card.

I just make an international call for the Natural Point to try to solve this, but I could not
