What version of the software are you currently using?

Is this a laptop, or desktop system?

Plugged directly into the PC, or using a hub?

Any other USB devices plugged in next to the TrackIR camera plug?

Well, I only use the TIR on my PC. I just tried it on my wife's once, and it worked fine there (that one time).

I'm using version 4.1 Build 37. I didn't bother with the new version until I get this figured out.

Desktop system running Windows XP Home SP3.

Directly into motherboard.

Logitech mouse is plugged in next to it, though I can either if you think it might help.

Try moving the trackIR to a different USB port.

I would also try a newer version of the software.

I move the TrackIR to another port and that didn't help. I will try the new version of the software asap.
