pan view outside virtual cockpit

Hi there,
I have track IR3+expansion, windows 7 64bit and FSX.
When I am in virtual cockpit everything is fine and works well.
I have anyway an annoying problem that i can't figure out when for example i'm in spot view or other external views.
I'am unable to pan view outside the plane with the cap button of my CH proflight yoke because it seems the viewing spot is "locked" to track IR.
I can see around the plane just if i move my head left or right...
Is there a way to lock track IR to pan views just inside virtual cockpit?

Currently the only way to do that, with FSX, is to pause the TrackIR software.
