TrackIR fault UK

I purchased my new TrackIR from an EBay shop (yogi-comp)in the US with a 30 day returns policy (I purchased it in April this year) It has suddenly developed the fault noted here:

As I'm unable to return it to my reseller I have a bit of a problem. Can I return it directly to you?
