Trackir4/5 software and W7 shut down

Has anyone seen this? I have a TR4 unit with #5 software- works great bur when I shut down the TR and go to close out of windows I get a message saying ' a program needs to close' so it hangs for 10 seconds then closes. It does not do this if TR software is not installd. Ive looked at services etc on shut down but cant seem to recognize any faults. any help is appreciated!

Does TrackIR5.exe appear in your running process list in task manager?

sorry - health matters! When I activate the program and use it- it remains 'on' in the TM processes when I shut the program off at the 'exit' tab on the trackir

This is a known issue that is to be corrected in the next release of TrackIR software.
