new cable?

new cable?

My SmartNav 4 is 3 years old and is working intermittently. I believe it's the cable and would like to get a new one.

Can I buy them separately? Is it a standard type of cable I should be able to get at electronics stores (I live in Australia)?

EDIT: You can use a standard mini USB cable. Shame that's not my problem :)

i'm having the same problem on 3 years old SmartNav 4.

When turn laptop on it registers all lights on then nothing just doesn't want to know all sensor lights are on but not the tracking one, i've taken the cable out & put it back in to the camera where it again registers, after doing this 3 times the tracking light flickers off & on for several minutes working not working then it stays on for quite sometime or until i turn laptop off or restart then i have to start all over again.

This problem happened overnight & the camera doesn't move its fixed in place.

Could it be a software issue, i'm reluctant to try latest driver as i'm on Win7 64 bit which i needed assistance with by you in the past to get right driver.

If the lights are coming on then it probably isn't an issue with the cable connections. Can click on the Control Panel button and then the tracking tab and either post a screen shot of that or email it to me at
