SmartNav in Windows 10

I've just updated my computer for windows 10 and am having difficulties with SmartNav either freezing or becoming extremely jumpy and unresponsive.

Is anyone else having these problems and how can they be resolved

stephen9876,

I have my Developer looking into this because reproducing it locally has not been easy. Have you tried running it in compatibility mode for Windows 7 or 8?

Things were working perfectly well in Windows 7. It is only after upgrading to Windows 10 that these issues started. Is it possible to start Windows 10 in another operating systems compatibility mode?
