SmartNav 3.3 driver errors (Win 10)

Hi,

I am having trouble getting my computer to detect the SmartNav camera - "SmartNav" appears in my hardware devices under Unspecified, but says that the driver is missing, even after installing the SmartNav software. When I open the software it says that it could not find a SmartNav camera. Is this a compatibility issue with Windows 10?

Kiamet,

What happens if you point it to the driver location?

1. Right click on the unspecified device in device management.
2. Choose update driver software.
3. Select browse my computer for files.
4. Search to C:\Program Files (x86)\NaturalPoint\USB Drivers x64\npusbio_x64
5. Hit next until it installs.

If that doesn't work, we'll have to look into it more.
