Cursor Dimension

Hi,

I work as assistive technology technician and one of my client use a larger and red cursor mouse on windows 10, because of her vision problem. Now I am configuring her PC to be used with smart nav 4 AT, but everytime I restart the system, and then the Smart Nav software, the mouse cursor size is automatically reduced. And this is a serious problem because the user cannot see it.

Why does it happen? Is there a way to fix this problem?
