SmartNav macOS Sierra

Post by chipogram41 »

Hello, I recently purchased a NaturalPoint OptiTrack SmartNAV LED v1 Rev B. When I plug it into my computer it says

Code: Select all

Patricias-MacBook-Pro:~ patricia$ /Applications/SmartNav.app/Contents/MacOS/SmartNav ; exit;
2016-12-13 16:21:14.056 SmartNav[430:4743] cocoaSetup               : Inititialized NSApplication.
2016-12-13 16:21:14.131 SmartNav[430:4767] trackerTaskMain          : start
2016-12-13 16:21:14.131 SmartNav[430:4768] ioTaskMain               : start
2016-12-13 16:21:14.131 SmartNav[430:4768] acquireCamera            : start
2016-12-13 16:21:14.132 SmartNav[430:4768] openAndConfigDevice      : started
2016-12-13 16:21:14.133 SmartNav[430:4768] openAndConfigDevice      : succeeded
2016-12-13 16:21:14.133 SmartNav[430:4768] addFPGACamera            : device 0x500300
2016-12-13 16:21:14.134 SmartNav[430:4768] checkFPGAStatusOf        : found blank camera (EEPROM hasn't been programmed?)
The last line is the interesting one, because it sees the camera but it seems like it is not programed. Maybe this was a factory error? I am not sure.

How can I flash the EEPROM on my camera? Any information on how to get this working would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
