SmartNav macOS Sierra

Hello, I recently purchased a NaturalPoint OptiTrack SmartNAV LED v1 Rev B. When I plug it into my computer it says
The last line is the interesting one, because it sees the camera but it seems like it is not programed. Maybe this was a factory error? I am not sure.
How can I flash the EEPROM on my camera? Any information on how to get this working would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
